TEMPLE, TX-Temple Economic Development Corporation welcomes three new retailers with Ulta Beauty, Charming Charlie, Bob Mills Furniture, all opening their doors in June.

“The Temple Economic Development Corporation and the Chamber of Commerce have partnered to recruit and promote retail opportunities for our community. With more than 70,000 people and a trade area of over 300,000 people national retailers are recognizing Temple as a profitable regional market. As our community continues to grow our success in retail recruitment will grow as well” says Charley Ayres, Temple Economic Development Corporation, Director of Business Recruitment and Expansion. “Ulta, Charming Charlie and Bob Mills Furniture are filling gaps of an underserved retail market”.

Ulta and Charming Charlie are both located in the Temple Towne Center at 2112 SW H K Dodgen Loop joining: Hobby Lobby, Ross Dress for Less, Marshall’s, Bed Bath & Beyond, Staples, Petco, Shoe Carnival, and Lifeway Christian. ULTA opened June 16 occupying 8,000 square feet providing shoppers with 20,000 products and 350 fragrances, including a full-service salon with hair cutting, color and styling and other services. The beauty retailer provides one-stop shopping for affordable indulgence to customers by combining the product range and convenience of a beauty superstore with the distinctive environment and experience of a specialty retailer.

Next door to Ulta in Temple Towne Center, with a renovated store front, is Charming Charlie also occupying 8,000 square feet. Charming Charlie is a unique fashion accessory boutique designed to help a woman complete an outfit for any occasion. Founded in Houston, Texas in 2004, Charming Charlie shoppers navigate the overwhelming and fabulous selection of fashion jewelry, handbags and more by color, not category.
