Every year, our community comes together to embrace joy and magic to bring a little sparkle to our city.  Local artisans, farmers, and chefs come together to bring the best food, crafts, and music Temple has to offer. At each of our fun-filled festivities, there is something to bring everyone a little holiday spirit no matter what they celebrate. The Robinson Family Farm Annual Fall Festival

Open through October 31st, The Robinson Family Farm’s Fall Festival is where so many Temple families create traditions and long-time memories. With a sprawling pumpkin patch, this fall fest is the perfect place to scout out your prized jack-o-lantern with your family and friends. Kids love interacting with all of the Robinson Family Farm animals, corn maze, barrel train, playground, and yard games. Adults can enjoy the live music, axe throwing, and fall food favorites. With delicious treats galore, be sure to arrive hungry!

Haunted Hayride

Feel a shiver down your spine? So did we! This spooky season, Temple Parks & Recreation is hosting yet another Haunted Hayride on Saturday, October 23. Climb aboard Temple’s spookiest haunted hayride for some fun scares this Halloween. Travel through the haunted grounds of the Reuben D. Talasek Bend of the River with a trusty local guide. Rumor has it, these grounds have been haunted by creepy characters, so be prepared for some great scares. It’s going to be a scream!

A Sami Show – Merry Mistletoe Marketplace

Browse one of Central Texas’ largest collection of holiday goods at A Sami Show’s Merry Mistletoe Marketplace! Open through November 26th to the 28th, this is a must-see event for all. Local vendors line the halls of the Bell County Exposition Center to showcase the best of Temple’s craftsmanship, design, and holiday cheer. Explore home decor, boutique clothing, jewelry, art, candles, wooden crafts, delectable food, accessories and more!

Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting

Celebrate the spirit of Christmas on December 6th at one of the largest lighted Christmas parades in Texas! At Temple’s 75th Annual Christmas Parade, spectators can watch all of the local, lighted floats in awe and welcome Santa Claus to Central Texas. If you’d like to get crafty this Christmas and participate in the parade, apply today to claim your spot in this year’s line up!

Bend of the River Christmas

Snow slides, snow party, and Cowboy Santa – oh my! Come join the action at the Reuben D. Talasek Bend of the River on December 18th and experience what Christmas in Temple is all about. With activities and yummy holiday food for all, this event is a great way to celebrate the holiday season and make joyful memories with the whole family.
